For our client, a leading global manu­fac­tu­rer and expert in sour­cing criti­cal raw mate­rials and high-perfor­mance ingre­dients, we are sear­ching for a Human Resources Manager based in Germany.

Functional respon­si­bi­li­ties :

  • Oversee HR opera­tions across multiple sites.
  • Develop and imple­ment HR stra­te­gies aligned with the compa­ny’s overall busi­ness strategy.
  • Lead and manage HR projects from concep­tion to completion.
  • Serve as an HR point of contact and refe­rence for project-rela­ted queries and issues.
  • Develop and execute effec­tive recruit­ment stra­te­gies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruit­ment process, from need analy­sis with mana­gers to inte­gra­tion and support of new hires.
  • Recruit for niche and hard-to-fill roles (sales, quality specia­list, IT) and promote the employer brand.
  • Manage the onboar­ding process to ensure smooth inte­gra­tion of new employees.
  • Oversee and support mana­gers in conduc­ting profes­sio­nal inter­views and perfor­mance reviews.
  • Provide guidance and support for career deve­lop­ment and mobi­lity oppor­tu­ni­ties within the organization.
  • Maintain excellent commu­ni­ca­tion across all levels of the orga­ni­za­tion and with the works council.
  • Ensure the confi­den­tia­lity of sensi­tive infor­ma­tion and handle it with discretion.
  • Build strong rela­tion­ships, faci­li­tate processes, and be a proac­tive problem-solver.
  • Identify trai­ning needs and deve­lop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Oversee the imple­men­ta­tion of trai­ning and deve­lop­ment initiatives.

Required expe­rience and qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in human resources or a rela­ted field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR expe­rience in a corpo­rate group environment.
  • Experience in a multi­na­tio­nal corpo­ra­tion or a large indus­trial company.
  • Expertise in project mana­ge­ment and serving as an HR reference.
  • Strong skills in HR deve­lop­ment acti­vi­ties (recruit­ment, trai­ning, skills deve­lop­ment, mobi­lity, profes­sio­nal inter­view follow-ups).
  • Excellent commu­ni­ca­tion skills, high sense of confi­den­tia­lity, faci­li­ta­tion skills, and agility.
  • Comprehensive know­ledge of the recruit­ment process, from need analy­sis to new hire inte­gra­tion and support.
  • Expertise in recrui­ting for scarce profiles (Quality specia­list, sales, IT) and promo­ting the employer brand.
  • Excellent inter­per­so­nal skills, proac­tive, and able to propose inno­va­tive solutions.
  • Natural charisma to support the company’s stra­te­gic directions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dyna­mic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and deci­sion-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR soft­ware and systems, know­ledge of SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Fluent level in German, profi­ciency in profes­sio­nal English.
